No flight is guaranteed, offered, or implied. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer to sell or solicit transportation services, investment, or securities of any kind.
By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and reflects a real interest. You agree that we may contact you only if a flight comes together on your route, and only about that flight.
SplitJets does not operate aircraft, hold any air carrier certificate, or sell transportation. Any future flight would be operated by an independent, licensed charter operator authorized in the relevant jurisdiction — for example, an FAA Part 135 operator in the United States, or an EASA Part-CAT / AOC-holder in Europe — and any booking would be made directly with that operator or with SplitJets acting in a clearly-disclosed capacity under a separate agreement.
SplitJets is not acting as a travel agent, tour operator, air charter broker, or indirect air carrier during the research phase, and no transportation is being sold, brokered, or solicited through this portal.
We won't add you to any mailing list. You'll receive a single confirmation email. After that, we'll only reach out in two cases: (a) a flight materializes on your route and we have a specific opportunity to share, or (b) SplitJets moves out of the research phase and we have an update relevant to your submission. That's it. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
This portal is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SplitJets and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this page or reliance on any information it contains. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising from or relating to this portal will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
These terms may be updated as the research progresses. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance.
